Dr. Janmenjaya Sharma has over 23 years of experience in the industry and academics. He did his post-graduation and Ph. D. from Australian National University Canberra, Australia. He has served the Amity Business school as faculty for over 5 years. He was also a member of MDP cell and Editor of academic journal "Amity Business Review". He has worked in corporations in Europe and Middle East before shifting to Delhi in 2018 and worked with Jaipuria Institute of Management. He has been active guest faculty at national and international Universities. His research interest areas are Organization Development Change Management, Industrial Psychology and Organization Behaviour He has, to his credit, over twelve research papers published in journals of national and international repute. He has also published series of articles with Times of Oman and various business magazines.
