Dr. Konika Singh Chib has completed her PhD. in Human Resource Management in the year 2021 from the Central University of Jammu on the topic Titled “Linkages between Intellectual Capital, Open Innovation, Organizational Learning Capabilities and Effectiveness in the context of Indian Pharmaceutical Firms”. She has also completed her M.Phil in Human Resource Management in the year 2017 from the Central University of Jammu. Dr. Chib has 3 years of experience in teaching and She is NET qualified. Additionally, she has successfully completed the Canadian Investment Fund Course under the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC). Her academic journey comprises attendance at numerous conferences and workshops, along with the publication of 4 research papers in national and international journals.
