Profile
Dr. Chander Parkash Singh, has an industry as well as academic experience of almost 5 years. He did his Master of Laws from Chandigarh University and later pursued Ph.D., from lovely Professional University, Jalandhar. He is also the first research Scholar of the School of Law, Lovely Professional University. After his Ph.D. he served as an Assistant Professor in UILS, Chandigarh university for almost 2 years. Dr. Singh has published 10 books both of Editorial nature and Textbook such as on Human rights , Genocide, Women Rights in contemporary India, Fundamental rights and duties, Environmental rights, PIL, etc. Along with this Dr. Singh has also attended various national and International conferences, FDPs and Workshops pan India. He has also published 8 research papers in Peer-Reviewed, UGC care and SCOPUS Journals. He has also been invited to deliver the guest/expert Lectures in various places also. He has supervised 25 LLM Students on various topics, such as, Covid-19, International trade law, IBC, Corporate mergers, Banking and Insurance laws, Corporate Criminal Liability, Green technology in Corporate financial maintenance, Commercial laws, Trademarks, Geographical indications, National security and commercial aspects, etc. He has also published 30 book chapters in various books.
