Mr. Koushik Dhar is a dedicative, resourceful and goal-driven educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth & development of every student. He did his graduation in Commerce from S.P.M.R College of Commerce Jammu. In addition he has completed his post-graduation in Commerce from Cluster University of Jammu. He has worked in a Research project on the topic ‘’Impact of Job Burnout on the Mental Well-being of JKMPCL Employees’’. Furthermore he has presented a Research paper in INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON REIMAGINING MARKETING WITH TECHNOLOGY jointly organised by IIM Jammu and Deakin University, Australia.
