Ms. Monia has over 8 years of experience in the industry and academics. She is pursuing her Ph. D. from the Dr B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, M.E. in Information Security from Thapar University; and a BTech in Information Technology from Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University. She has various research papers in journals and conferences indexed in Scopus/Web of Science. She has done the research project in the Collaborative Research Scheme with AICTE (NPIU) with a grant of 12 lakh 86 thousand. She has filled the 1 patent in intellectual property in India. She has guided many post-graduate students in the research field.
