Dr. Navjeet Kaur is an Assistant Professor, MBA, School of Management. She has completed her PhD. in International Business in the year 2023 from the International Centre of Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management, University of Jammu on the topic “Cultural Influences and Global Career Choices: An Investigation of Indian Students’ Perspectives". She is also UGC-NET qualified. She has more than 6 years of experience in teaching. She has also worked as Head of the Department at KC group of Institutions, SBS Nagar, Punjab. Her areas of interest include Culture, Cross-Culture, Human Resource and Gender Based Studies etc. She has several publications in Journals of National and International Repute. She has also attended many national and international conferences and seminars.
