Dr. Parul Sharma is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the School of Management at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jammu. In 2014, she earned her Ph.D. from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University in the field of Human Resource Management on the topic ‘Dimensions of Workaholism: A Study of Service Sector’. With nearly 10 years of experience, her research interests span across areas such as Workaholism, Social Media Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Women Entrepreneurship. Dr. Parul has actively participated in various conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) related to her field. Her contributions to academia include numerous research papers published in both national and international journals. Furthermore, she is enlisted as an expert trainer at the Regional Training Institute in Jammu, where she has successfully conducted various training sessions.
