Rakesh Mohan Koul has over 23 years of experience in the industry, Corporate and a brief experience of academics and academic administration. He did his post-graduation MBA (Marketing) from Pune University, Pune, Maharashtra and later joined Indo-Japanese Company Essae -Teraoka as a Management trainee (sales), Pune. He has a wide experience in Sales, HR and Learning and development. He shifted to Delhi (NCR) and joined Wipro as an Associate trainer (L&D). After serving there for 6 years, he joined Centum Learning Ltd as a Manager Training and was associated with Tata Motors Ltd ( CVBU) looking after Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir with a main focus on Dealer development, Manpower development, Training and development, SSI, etc. He has also been associated with major projects and research work of Mahindra and Mahindra, Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), Centaur Pharmaceuticals, etc.
