Profile

Dr. Satyendra Kumar Singh has 5 year and 1 month of experience in academics, academic administration and industry. He did his Ph. D. from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, post-graduation From Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi and B.Tech. from IETE Delhi. He served as the Assistant Professor and Head of Department in Mewar University for over 2.5 years in the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering. During his Ph.D. he handled highly precise instruments likeRF/DC Magnetron Sputtering Technique, Thermal evaporation/EB(electron beam) gun technique, Sol-Gel Spin Coating Technique, Pulse Laser Deposition(PLD) Method, Atomic Layer Deposition(ALD) Technique, Semiconductor Device Analyser (SDA), Variable Angle Ellipsometer, Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), 4-probe, Probe station, Photoluminesence (PL) spectroscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM) for fabrication and characterization of semiconductor devices. He also served in New Age Instruments &Materials Pvt.Ltd.for 1.5 years. Currently he is working as assistant professor in department of electronics and communication engineering at Model Institute of Engineering Technology Jammu. His research interest areas are fabrication of semiconductor devices, VLSI, modling and simulation of DGSOI MOSFET, SOI TFET. He has, to his credit, six research papers published international SCI Journals, 4 international conferences and one AIP conference proceedings.
